CASE DISMISSED

Charge: Aggravated Battery Causing Bodily Harm or Disability
Client was arrested after striking her husband with a glass alcohol bottle. His
face was swollen and bleeding and he testified that she hit him unprovoked with
the bottle causing his injuries. After the case was investigated fully, we
established self-defense on her behalf and her case was dismissed before
charges were even filed.
